What a great year 2019 has been here at Implementation Specialists and wsTOOLS!

In April we attended the Key2Act Synergy event in Phoenix, AZ and had a great time meeting many new and inspiring faces, as well as connecting with others in the industry. We partnered with Nodus Technologies Inc. and Power GP Online to host a fun night out at Copper Blues Live, drinks and live music included. The IS team walked a 5k, had dinner at the ranch, and so much fun that we can’t wait for Key2Act Synergy 2020. We also hosted a post-training day that we will be brining back to Synergy for 2020!

We also launched our new website in April! With an updated look, new branding and a large resource library, this was one highlight the marketing team was excited about.

August brought our 12^th annual Geeks on the Green customer appreciation event. A great time was had with great food and lots of prizes. We can’t wait for our 13^th annual Geeks on the Green in 2020!

Fall brought the IS team to Microsoft’s annual GPUG Summit conference in Orlando, FL. Once again, we were reminded of the Florida heat and humidity, but that didn’t slow our wsTOOLS team down. Our team networked with attendees and made many new friends, some old friends too and were able to help those that had problems that required our wsTOOLS solutions.

October and November flew by as our team was busy gearing up for our annual Great Plains User Conference, also known as GPUC. This year was our largest GPUC event yet, with 150 attendees! We also featured a brand new K2A Day, a day specific to Key2Act training. GPUC offered over 60 sessions revolving around GP, Power BI, CRM, wsTOOLS and more. We’re already gearing up for GPUC 2020 and planning ways that we can help improve our event.

The Implementation Specialists team is very excited for what’s to come in 2020 and have some exciting things up our sleeve!

We’re taking a short break on our webinar series due to the Holiday’s, but will resume our normal schedule, starting Wednesday, January 8^th.

November is our annual GPUC conference at the Microsoft campus in Fargo, ND. Join us November 17^th for K2A Day and November 18^th – 20^th. If you have a session topic suggestion, please let us know.
