Shumate Mechanical

"Shumate looks forward to partnering with the Implementation Specialists team again in the future. Special thanks to Deb Sletmoen for responding so quickly to our needs, to Gina Bothun for recommending it [OVT Premium] when the request was made, and to the entire Implementation Specialists team for their high level of expertise and support."

Laney’s, Inc.

“It was really great working with the wsTOOLS team! Thank you again so much for your time and the provided report. This is going to help us in so many ways. My whole team is just in awe and the report isn’t even completed yet.”

Regency Hotel Management

“We have over 90 different GP databases so managing the upgrade process is a difficult task. Implementation Specialists has the resources necessary to handle our upgrades, either onsite or through remote access, and the seamless support that we need. The quality of support, the responsiveness, and the friendship that has developed over the years are what we value most.”

O’Day Management, Inc.

“Our previous GP and WennSoft partner had a lack of understanding of our business, which led to a very poor implementation. We switched to Implementation Specialists because they proved to us that they have a real understanding of what we do and knew how to reconfigure the software and provide support to meet our needs.”

Premier Computing

“The wsTOOLS team is genuinely interested in helping a Dynamics-GP client work more efficiently, with multiple modules that have been developed to bolt onto GP. Their staff is also very professional and consistently works towards educating a Partner and Customer, of the value benefits their software solutions provide. My experience with their team has always been beneficial.”
