PaperSave captures information within Dynamics GP or from a document brought in by a scanner, network copier, fax machine, email or Microsoft Office and attaches it to the supporting card or transaction in GP. It stores the information as metadata with the supporting document giving you one click access to documents from the Dynamics GP window. PaperSave incorporates impressive document search capabilities to find documents quickly and easily plus non-Dynamics GP users can search and access documents stored in PaperSave without being a GP user. Documents can be accessed from a web browser. In addition to the electronic storage and retrieval of documents, you can create powerful workflows to get faster responses for approvals and payments around those documents.
