Implementation Specialists is currently looking to add a Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant to join our growing Services Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for GP, provide excellent client care, and proven ability to assist clients with effectively using GP and industry best practices.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional GP support
- Implementation and training of GP functionality and features
- Client process review and improvements, including documentation
- Support of various ISV products
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong functional skills in all core areas (GL, AP, AR, Bank, FA) and Distribution areas (SOP, POP, Inventory) of Microsoft Dynamics GP
- GP HR/Payroll experience is a plus
- Experience with Key2Act and/or Cavallo (SalesPad) is a strong plus
- Experience with integration tools
- Excellent communication, follow up, and listening skills
- Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or support cases at once
- Basic accounting knowledge and prior consulting experience
