Implementation Specialists is currently looking to add a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our growing Services Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for D365, provide excellent client care, and proven ability to assist clients with effectively using D365 BC and industry best practices.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional D365 BC support
- Implementation and training of D365 BC functionality and features
- Client process review and improvements, including documentation
- Support of various ISV products
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong functional skills in all core areas of Microsoft Dynamics D365 BC
- Experience with integration tools
- Excellent communication, follow up, and listening skills
- Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or support cases at once
- Basic accounting knowledge and prior D365 BC consulting experience
