Implementation Specialists is currently looking to add a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Consultant to join our growing Services Team. The BC Consultant is responsible for the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for customers. They will work closely with businesses to understand their needs, configure the system, and provide training and support.
Role and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Analyze existing business systems and recommend improvements through BC.
- Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 BC modules to meet unique business needs.
- Provide end-user training to ensure effective use of the system.
- Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate other systems with BC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with ERP systems and business process consulting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related fields (preferred).
- Ensures accuracy and completeness in all assignments.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to internal and external needs.
