The AI Solutions Intern will support the design, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes, improve client experience, and drive operational efficiency. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI automation tools.
Role and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in developing and testing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related tools
- Help create AI agents and automated workflows for business processes (e.g., onboarding, AP/AR, customer service)
- Collaborate with consultants to identify opportunities for AI and automation within client environments
- Support development of prototypes, dashboards, and proof-of-concept solutions
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal and client use
- Research emerging AI tools and trends and summarize findings
- Assist with data preparation, validation, and integrations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
- Execute other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred (not required):
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or Business Central
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Basic knowledge of Azure or cloud technologies
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming/scripting languages
