2018 was an exciting year for Implementation Specialists and wsTOOLS! In April we attended the Key2Act Synergy event in Orlando, FL and met many amazing and inspiring new faces. At this event, not only did we learn how hot and humid Florida really is, but we also learned what a great team we have at IS, working alongside each other and educating others about our products.
August brought our 11th annual Geeks on the Green customer appreciation event. We had a great turn out and many memories made. We can’t wait for our 12th annual Geeks on the Green August 19th, 2019!
In October, our team traveled to Phoenix, Arizona to attend Microsoft’s annual GPUG Summit conference. Again, we met many new faces and networked with attendees who had problems that required our wsTOOLS solutions.
The time between October and November seemed to fly by as we were busy planning our Great Plains User Conference, or as many know it as GPUC. With over 20 different companies from all over the country and over 100 attendees, we were thrilled with the outcome of this years’ event. Not only did we highlight a new event app to maximize attendee experience, we also offered over 60 sessions covering the topic of GP, evening socials to encourage networking and giveaways during the 3 days of the event.
2019
The Implementation Specialists is very excited for 2019 and what’s on the horizon. Not only do we have a wonderful team in place, but we also have some exciting marketing features in the works. They will be a great reference tool for our customers, as well as beneficial for those looking to implement GP into their own business.
Another exciting change for 2019 is our webinars! We will now host webinars only on Wednesdays at 1pm CST. We listened to your feedback and decided to offer shorter webinars that provide quality and value you as a viewer want! Sign up for our first Wednesday Webinar January 2nd.

November brings our annual GPUC conference at the Microsoft campus in Fargo, ND. Join us November 20-22nd for a packed 3 days full of everything Dynamics GP. If you have a session topic suggestion, please let us know.
