Sales Executive

The successful candidate for the Sales Executive position must demonstrate a commitment to achieving overall revenue targets and solution selling. Ideal candidates for this role will display the following preferred qualifications:

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in direct sales role
  • Software selling experience and the ability to learn how to create and deliver the ERP value proposition (ROI) with business partners.
  • Positive thinking, team player that can learn quickly and be self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptive to change, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed
  • Actively using current sales techniques and tools (Lead Tracking, Social Media, etc)
  • Positive reputation, with a successful sales record
  • Ability to generate strong leads and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Sense of urgency and excellent follow through; Ability to own and complete items from start to finish
  • Eagerness to make “sales calls” as needed
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and engage with a wide range of audiences
  • Thorough understanding of an ERP sales cycle.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 year BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • Sales experience and/or knowledge of software industry
